It seems like people are either working out more during this time of being at home, or packing on some pounds. Many I know are taking to the weights, or in our case, the plethora of videos. Above is a good tabata workout with Raneir Pollard.
I've heard others say, "If you are moving, you're winning!" Just do something, even if you can't do it all as they are!
This YMCA channel and this YMCA channel have some great workouts. We've been doing a lot of Angela Williams' workouts and they are really fun. She is tough! Naomie Campbell has some terrific Therapeutic Chair workouts for those who might need something less strenuous on the legs but are still seeking a good exercise.
