**Sad to say that Stafford voted 4-3 to adopt transgender language policies in the public schools as well as allow trans identifying people to use whatever locker room or bathroom they want...
RESIDENTS OF STAFFORD COUNTY, VIRGINIA--NOW IS THE TIME TO STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT. Please take time to call your Board member or email them. If you can attend the meeting, that is a great idea as well. People need to stand for what is logical and safe for our children and teachers.
If you are a Christian and haven't seen pastor Voddie Baucham's talk here, please take time to view it.

This is truly a watershed moment for Stafford County Schools, and its going to come down to ONE vote.
Please make plans or encourage others to attend the Stafford School Board meeting this coming Tuesday,
September 10 at 7:00 P.M. The Board will be voting on whether to adopt two policies that will effectively eviscerate the concept of biological sex, while significantly undermining the safety, security, dignity, and liberty of every Stafford County student and school employee.
These extreme proposals change the nondiscrimination policies for students and staff by adding special protections for 'sexual orientation' and 'gender identity' ("SOGI"). You can read the policies for yourself at the links below:
Proposed New Policy 2420 (Student Services: Nondiscrimination, Equal Education Opportunity)
Proposed Revisions to Policy 4107 (Human Resources Services: Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Retaliation)
Some of the negative consequences of these policies include:
Allowing for a student that claims to identify as a particular sex to receive overnight lodging accommodations for school-sponsored trips, including athletic trips, that are in accordance with the students sex that he or she claims to identify as; and
Compel speech by requiring students and teachers to use pronouns inconsistent with a persons biological sex.
In an earlier email, we informed you that the Board originally planned to vote on these policies at its July 16 meeting, but decided to postpone the vote in order to further understand their legal and practical implications.
It's our understanding that the LGBTQ crowd is heavily mobilizing its supporters to try to pressure the School Board which we fear is tilting 4-3 in favor of the policies. If you haven't done already, please take a moment to email the Stafford School Board members at school_board_members@lists.staffordschools.net to express your opposition to these misguided policies.
We also invite you to please join us on Tuesday, September 10 at the Stafford School Board Meeting to speak out against these egregious policy changes, and to invite others to do the same.
