Wunderlich Children Restored

I have no doubt that Germany responded to the massive wave of pressure from the United States in how it handled the Wunderlich case today. The problem is, Germany has shown it's true, close-minded, fearful of free thought true colors in how it dealt with the removal of the children in the first place. Obviously I don't agree with any policy that forbids home education; I think it is one of the best ways to ensure democracy and higher thinking. Choosing who your kids socialize with is tantamount in good parenting, as well as being able to tailor what your kids are taught and when. Passing on family values should be praised in free societies. No, Germany has disappointed many of us in recent weeks, but thankfully this judge saw fit to return the kids to their family.
