Living to Please God

Pastor Darrin expounds on the important truths from 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8.

These verses can help us evaluate if we are walking in genuine faith or if we have created our own rules for what it means to be a Christian. If we want to experience the supernatural working of the Holy Spirit, we have to be right with God. To be right with God there is a dying to our self and a living for Him. This isn't what saves us from eternal damnation in Hell, but it is the proof that we are actually born-again. We no longer live for ourselves, but for God's glory.
